The Department of Geography has obtained 3 licenses of the Kingdom software.

The world leader in critical information, analytics and solutions company HIS Markit has donated 3 Kingdom software academic licenses to the Geography Department of Liege University. Kingdom is the leading “easy-to-use” software used for seismic and geological interpretation and is associated with a Sophisticated Data Management and advanced Fault Prediction Tools.

The total annual value of this donation is $133,680 USD.

Kingdom software is used at the department for the interpretation of seismic data in several academic projects as the Gulf of Corinth and Hazar lake… 

The geography department of Liege University gratefully thanks HIS Markit to provide this academic grant that offers a new tool for students and researchers to interpret seismic data.
